7/1996 – 9/2000 Lecturer at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, to second year medical students.  Lectures given each year to the entire class on various topics including Pediatric Malignancies, Lymphomas, and Lung Cancer.  Consistently received excellent student evaluations.
10/2003 – 3/2004 Clinical Assistant Professor, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology.  Cleveland, OH.  Involved in clinical care, primarily breast, also gynecologic and neck and head malignancies. Residency program.
3/2004 - 6/2005 Assistant Professor, Wayne State University   School of Medicine Department of Radiation Oncology Detroit, MI.  Involved in resident education on management of gynecologic malignancies, soft tissue sarcomas, CNS malignancies and GU malignancies as well as palliative care.  Involved in direct supervision of residents on resident rotations.  Instructed residents in techniques of high dose rate brachytherapy for gynecologic malignancies.
2005 - Present Assistant Professor, University of Michigan Medical School Department of Radiation Oncology, Ann Arbor, MI.   Coordination and preparation of a six hour lecture series for the radiation oncology residents on Hospice and Palliative Care issues in Radiation Oncology, including management of cancer pain, management of selected non-pain symptoms, approach to the terminally ill patients and their family, prognostication of the hospice patient, addressing the spiritual issues of the terminal patient, communicating with the terminal patient and their family, end-of-life issues.  Involved in morning conference resident education, and direct resident supervision.
